Changing Lives with Operation Walk Manitoba

Ignite Hope will be an informal evening where friends and supporters of Operation Walk Manitoba can enjoy a variety of food and drinks.

This event supports the upcoming mission to Nicaragua in the spring of 2023 or as soon as it is safe to do so as well as helping fund urgent patient needs.

Operation Walk is a not-for-profit, volunteer medical service organization whose purpose is to provide surgical treatments to patients who live in developing countries and have little or no access to care for arthritis or other debilitating bone and joint diseases.

STRONGER STILL

Katrina Van Humbeck, a life long musician and educator of more than two decades, began songwriting after the death of her mother in 2016 and she never stopped.

With already two full length albums of original songs to her credit, ‘Blue & Beyond’ (2017) and ‘Doing A New Thing’ (2018), this nominee in the Western Canadian Music Awards (Spiritual Artist of the Year), is thrilled to be releasing her third album, ‘Stronger Still.’

This album reflects a jazz fusion style, yet Katrina dug down to her roots of faith in God, and out came a collection of music designed to touch the heart and soul; it’s music that is sincere, full of vulnerability, and with stories that are familiar and relatable.

Katrina is delighted to be performing with some of Canada’s finest and aspiring musicians:

-Jonathan Alexiuk (piano)
-Jim Johnston (drums)
-Sam Fournier (double bass)
-Richard Gillis (trumpet)
-Neil Watson (saxophone)

**Pre-Show:
-Blaise Van Humbeck (vocals, bass)
-Conlan Buhler (guitar)
